Never cancel a class

Cover requests go out fairly and automatically, so you stop chasing people and nobody gets asked every time.

  • Your own team first, in rotation, with weekly limits and availability rules like "never before 7am".
  • Qualification tags, so prenatal or advanced classes only go to instructors trained for them.
  • Once cover is confirmed, the timetable updates and booked members are told who's teaching.

Know every body before class

A quiet briefing card reaches the instructor 15 minutes before class, laid out by bed.

  • First-timers, and clients that instructor hasn't taught before, are highlighted.
  • Clients share injuries or a pregnancy once, privately. Every instructor sees it and nobody announces it.
  • Each client's reformer setup is saved: gear bar, stopper, springs, headrest and props.
  • Pregnancy-aware booking and simple level rules, like eight beginner classes before intermediate.

When does it launch?

We're building it now with a small group of UK founding studios. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch with you personally.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. Studio and Studio+ are one flat monthly price. Only the free Launch plan uses a slightly higher card rate instead of a monthly fee.

Can you move me from Momence, TeamUp, Mindbody or Glofox?

Yes. We'll do the move for you and help your members re-enter their payment details.

Is my clients' health information safe?

Health notes are optional, shared only with the client's consent, visible only to your instructors, and can be deleted at any time. We're designing for UK GDPR from day one.

Is there a contract?

No. It's monthly, you can cancel any time, and you can export your data whenever you like.
