Who we are
SpringCue is run by Oliver Hellewell, trading as SpringCue. You can contact us at hello@springcue.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, studio name, town or city, whether your studio is open yet, its size, the booking software you use now, the plan you're interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your studio.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access to SpringCue, and to understand what independent studios need so we build the right thing. We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form.
How long we keep it
Until SpringCue launches or for 12 months, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we'll tell you how we handle your data then. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details or share them for marketing. Form answers are stored by our form provider, Tally, which processes them on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@springcue.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The waitlist form is provided by Tally, which may set cookies needed for the form to work.
